Columbia High Efficiency Inline Palletizers operate with the help of a consistent, repetitive flow motion, smoothly guiding the products into the designated layer-forming area. The Product infeed elevation for a high-speed In- Line Palletizer is typically set between 2800 mm and 3700 mm above floor level. The Products are stacked and arranged layer by layer to form 1 complete unit.
A chain driven hoist usually located in the load building area advances empty pallet to the layer striper apron preparing to receive the first layer of new load. The hoist continuously rises and lowers as new layers of products get added repeating the process till the required number of layers get placed on the pallet to prepare a new load altogether and palletized load is complete.
